Camperdown Commons
On the old site of Camperdown Bowling Club, this is now the host of a wonderful cafe/restaurant and Pocket City Farms. A particularly awesome place to hang out on a summer’s afternoon, tucked just behind RPA and within easy reach of the city.
Wayward Brewing
The Inner West of Sydney is reportedly home to more craft breweries than anywhere else in the country, and we are spoiled for choice. Camperdown doesn’t have as many as nearby suburbs, but what it lacks in quantity it makes up for in quality. One of our all time favourites.
Victoria Park
On the corner of Parramatta Road and City Road and next to the University of Sydney, this park is a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of nearby Newtown and the city. Complete with ponds, children’s play areas and a large public pool, this is a favourite for many locals.
