Fees

At The Property Curator, we charge a fixed fee which better reflects your brief and the work we do for you.
Communication
We believe communication is key to a successful property search. To find a property that is truly a match to your needs, we’ll spend some time getting to know what you want and getting your feedback on properties we inspect.
We also provide regular updates through your journey via our client portal. You can track all the properties we’ve inspected and shortlisted at any time.
