Newtown downsizer

The Inner West is one of the most competitive property markets in Sydney. This is particularly the case for renovated and low maintenance houses on attractive streets, which are popular with first home buyers, investors and down-sizers alike.

We purchased this 3-bedroom, single-level terrace prior to auction for our down-sizing client. We love the location near the Newtown/Camperdown border. The property is on a quiet street whilst being a stone’s throw from Camperdown Park and the buzz of King Street.

Annandale appraise & negotiation

Our clients had their eye on one of the most sought after warehouse conversions in Annandale.  This renovated, light-filled 3 bed | 2 bath | 2 park unit has north and east-facing aspects with city views.

We negotiated this one prior to auction by not just getting to the right price – but also a settlement period that worked for all parties.  Our clients – frustrated and stressed by the house hunting process in Sydney – loved that they didn’t have to worry about coming up with a buying strategy or second guessing what to offer.

Dulwich Hill developer

Every now and then, you find a property that you know will be perfect for a client.  That was the case with this property.  Our client was looking for a development opportunity, but didn’t want to commence building straight away, so the property needed to be tenant-friendly in the short-term, but with options for the future.

Located in one of Dulwich Hill’s best pockets, this 3-bed house on a 328sqm block ticked all the boxes.  As always, speed was key.  Our client inspected this property on a Monday morning and we exchanged on Wednesday.

Marrickville investor

We purchased this amazing top floor, 2-bedroom unit in Marrickville for an investor client.  At just over 100sqm, it includes expansive views, a wrap-around balcony, and a secure parking space.  The low strata rates, healthy sinking fund, and its location – close to Marrickville train station – also made this property extremely attractive.

The type of property is popular with both home buyers and investors.  We snagged this one before it hit the market.  It took a massive effort to coordinate with the selling agent, conveyancer, building inspector, and mortgage broker to get it across the line.

Drummoyne upsizers

This lovely, mid-century house in Drummoyne was purchased a few days before Christmas.   Our clients were relocating to Sydney and looking for a family home.

This property ticked all their key boxes.  We moved quickly to wrap up all the due diligence and negotiations and got the property under contract before other potential buyers. It was a privilege to be able to help them purchase their ‘forever home’, just before the festive season kicked in to full swing.

Croydon first home buyer

This renovated 2-bedroom unit was purchased prior to auction for our first home buyer client. Working in a medical profession, our client couldn’t make a lot of inspections, so we did all the heavy lifting instead.

The unit is one of a boutique block of 6.  Located in a quiet pocket of Croydon and a short walk to the village and train station.  Our client loves that her new home has two separate balconies, lots of natural light and direct access to the garage.  It’s also a short drive to two hospitals.
