I’m Brendan, the founder and principal buyer’s agent for The Property Curator.

After working for two of Australia’s premier Buyer’s Agencies, I realised there was an opportunity to create a bespoke and highly client-focused agency, and The Property Curator was born.  The overarching aim is to develop a new style of Buyer’s Agency, which affords more time with each client and a more tailored and “curated” approach to helping them buy property.  It’s all about taking the time and care to buy the right property for each client.

I love helping clients find their unique property. Whether it’s an investment property, a client’s first ever home or their next step along the property ladder, I work to make sure no stone is left unturned, and every option is explored. In today’s market, it often takes out of the box thinking to help secure that special property.

Above all else, I live and breathe property.  From buying my first one-bedroom unit in the Inner West over 15 years ago, to speaking on podcasts and appearing in mainstream publications, I use my vast expertise and experience to help people buy property – no matter where they are in their journey.
