Understanding Your Needs

The first step is to discover what you're looking for via an initial online fact finder questionnaire. We follow this up with a phone call, and take the time to discuss your individual circumstances. We want to paint a detailed picture of what your ideal property looks like.

Engagement

We both sign a Buyer's Agency agreement which outlines exactly what our service entails. This will give you the confidence of knowing how we can best work together, and ensures we're all working from the same page.

Property Search/Selection

We search far and wide; canvassing both on-market and off-market opportunities. As a specialist Sydney buyer's agent, we use our significant local market knowledge and contacts to make sure no stone is left unturned. For all properties we recommend, we send you a comprehensive property report, which includes analysis of the property, comparable properties, a property appraisal, and full due-diligence information. We keep in touch weekly, and you have access to our client portal to stay on top of your property search.

Property Negotiation

We prepare a negotiation strategy and discuss how we recommend moving forward. This is based on our property report and analysis as well as other market intelligence. We drive the negotiation process; while keeping you in the loop and sticking within your budget. Alternatively, we attend and bid at any auctions as required.

Settlement Support

Our job doesn't finish once we successfully negotiate a great price for your property. We help you navigate the entire purchasing process all the way to settlement, including a pre-settlement inspection to ensure nothing goes wrong on the big day.
