My first home buyer clients were after a freestanding home in Sydney's Inner-West. They were really keen to find something with heritage character appeal, that was in a quiet location yet close to amenities and transport.
The Result
I managed to secure them an amazing freestanding Victorian cottage, in a heritage zone, surrounded by beautiful character homes. Even better, it's a short walk to both Summer Hill and Dulwich Hill villages. This was secured off-market, in a very hot market.
