Buyer’s Agent Service
This service is suitable for people who are after a complete ‘done for you’ property buyer’s agency service.
The Buyer’s Agent service includes:
- A tailored property search including on-market, off-market and pre-market properties
- Access to a client portal
- Inspecting and shortlisting of properties
- Property price appraisal report
- Property due diligence and reporting
- Negotiation (or attending the auction as required)
- Support during the settlement process
- Pre-settlement inspection
Given the competitive nature of the Sydney property market, we’re committed to find and negotiate on as many properties as it takes to purchase the right property for you. The standard length of our Buyer’s Agent Agreement is 6 months.

Evaluate and Negotiate Service
This service is suitable for those people have found a property they like, and would like the help of a professional to assess the property and negotiate the purchase.
The Evaluate and Negotiate service comprises an Evaluation stage and a Negotiation stage. This Evaluation stage includes physically inspecting the property, completing due diligence and analysing the market to determine the likely selling price for the property.
In the event we discover anything adverse in the Due Diligence process, clients can elect to not proceed with the Negotiation. If clients proceed to the Negotiation stage, we use the information from the Evaluation stage to help inform our Negotiation strategy.
The Evaluation Service includes:
- Inspection of the property
- Property price appraisal report
- Property due diligence and reporting
Evaluation Service fee = $2,500
The Negotiation Service includes:
- Determining an appropriate purchase strategy
- Liaising with your conveyancer/solicitor
- Negotiating the sale (or attending the auction as required)
- Support during the settlement process
- Pre-settlement inspection
Negotiation Service Engagement fee = $1,500
Negotiation Service Success fee = $5,000
Fees apply to a single property. Fees include GST. May be upgraded to Buyer’s Agency Service (Conditions apply).

Auction Bidding Service
If the thought of going to an auction is giving you nightmares, this service is for you. We discuss your budget, guide you on the required paperwork, and bid on your behalf at the auction.
This service includes:
- Liaising with your conveyancer/solicitor
- Attending and bidding at the auction as required
- Same day post auction negotiations if the property is passed in
- Support during the settlement process
- Pre-settlement inspection
Fee = $1,000
Optional add-on: Property Evaluation Service available for an additional $2,500
